This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled on turia ("turia", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing or using any paid product or service on the turia platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

turia provides digital wellness and astrology-based services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered and astrologer-led consultations
  • Astrology reports and chart interpretations
  • Personalized insights and guidance
  • Digital wellness content and subscriptions

Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, most purchases are delivered instantly or reserved specifically for you and are therefore generally non-refundable.

2. No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on turia are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 4 below.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI-powered or astrologer consultations
  • Completed or partially completed consultations
  • Astrology readings, reports, and chart interpretations
  • Digital content, tools, and self-development programs
  • Subscriptions and prepaid services

Once a service has been accessed, initiated, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction, perceived inaccuracy, unmet expectations, or outcomes of consultations.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Consultation already started, delivered, or completed
  • Decisions or actions taken based on consultation insights
  • User-side technical issues (internet, device, connectivity, etc.)
  • Missed appointments, late attendance, or voluntary disconnection
  • Expired subscriptions, credits, or unused service time
  • Change of mind after purchase

Astrology and AI-powered consultations are interpretive and subjective in nature. No guarantees of accuracy, outcomes, or results are provided. Once a consultation session has started, it is deemed delivered and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Limited Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error
  • Payment processed but service not delivered due to confirmed platform failure
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction verified after investigation
  • Proven misconduct or inappropriate behavior by an astrologer during consultation

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction or consultation, whichever is applicable
  • Supporting evidence (transaction proof, screenshots, consultation details) may be required
  • turia reserves the right to review, investigate, and determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion

turia may choose to provide a refund either to the original payment method or as platform credit, at its discretion.

Once a consultation session has started, it is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

5. Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you have booked a scheduled live consultation:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable
  • turia may allow one-time rescheduling in genuine cases, at its discretion

Once a consultation session has started, it is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting turia, turia reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Restrict future access to paid services
  • Challenge the chargeback with supporting evidence

We encourage users to contact support first to resolve any concerns.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or issued as platform credit
  • Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

8. Changes to This Policy

turia may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
